About Me

I am Chris Rios, a Computer Science B.S. major at the University of California, Irvine. My hobbies include playing video games, visiting new places, reading non-fiction, and working on software projects.

I have worked on several projects and ventures relating to the Computer Science field so far in my life: I was the vice-president of the Computer Science Club at my high school, I am currently leading the Anteater Linux User Group at UCI, and I have created open-source software projects like battery-switcher-76 and rustzot_api.

On this website, I provide a directory for my projects and online profiles. I also write blogs about various topics, such as my life experiences, advice, etc.

Here are some facts about me:

  • I am a big fan of the Persona video game series

  • I have been an avid Linux user since 2021

  • I walked out of high school with a character award

  • My favorite novel of all time is Klara and the Sun
